The second examiner was supposed to put in my claim for bonding time but guess what?! They gave my claim to someone else. My first examiner never even relayed my situation to the second. They faxed everything and I personally got ahold of hospital records **** and had them fax everything as well to avoid fast approaching deadline (like everyone else who has had the misfortune of having to deal with these rude people. After playing telephone tag, I was told Matrix needed more information, not what Information, just more.i constantly called my primary care office. That was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. My husband drove me to the hospital where I coded 3 times. After a couple treatments I went to work one day and passed out. This changed my treatment to chemotherapy.i would get my chemotherapy treatments and go right to work. I had a lumpectomy and the surgeon also had to remove a lymph node. In January 2021 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. They offer a short term disability (6 months) at 60% pay through Matrix absence management.
